What Working Together Looks Like
The first session is a gentle exploration where we get to know your story and identify your goals in a safe, inclusive space. We’ll take time to build trust and understand what feels most important to you, moving at a pace that supports safety and comfort. Sessions are collaborative and may include conversation, creative approaches, and practical tools to support growth and healing. I offer free 15 minute consultations, so that we can connect and determine if we are a good fit.
